⭑ Please note that our villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours (9pm-8am) is strictly enforced. ⭑ Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas inside the property, including the pool area and balconies. A designated smoking area is available in front of the house. ♡ Please expect the pool maintenance to come in every Wednesday and Saturday at 2pm. The maintenance will take around 1.5 hours. 🔒 For your safety and security, CCTV is located at the front of the house and in the pool area. 🛂 Passport information is required upon check-in for non-Thai guests ⚡ The first 500 units (kWh) of electricity are included, based on the actual meter reading. This should be more than enough for reasonable usage for a week. The exceeding amount will be charged at 7 THB per unit. All other utilities are included in your stay. 🚗 Airport transfer service and additional housekeeping during your stay are available upon request and subject to additional charges. 📄 TM30 receipt is available upon request 🕐 Please inform us in advance if you need to early check-in/late check-out
